1996 The Plaça del Sol is probably the coolest of the 8 or 10 public squares in Gràcia, which in turn is certainly the coolest of Barcelona's very urban "suburbs." It's a lively place from dawn till after midnight. I was taking pictures there, and had snapped one of this this very photogenic little girl and her brother playing near this sculpture. She was a more than obliging photo subject and suggested that it would be a great picture if her brother got inside the bowl of the sculpture. So, I have an anonymous roughly 7-year-old Catalan collaborator for this image.
